These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to your use of and interaction with, Low Carbon Business School platform, communications, resources and any other goods or services that we provide to you. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you might seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.
The definitions and rules of interpretation in this clause apply in this licence.
"Low Carbon Business School", "LCBS", "us", "we", "our" or "Supplier" means MADEFROM LTD incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 12800906 whose registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE (Supplier). Low Carbon Business Schools services and products are provided by MadeFrom Ltd.
You are referred to as the "Customer".
"Platform" means the web-based content, resources and community developed by MadeFrom Ltd under the name "Low Carbon Business School", made available to Customer by MadeFrom including, without limitation, through the Website as each may be updated from time to time.
These Terms of Use govern your use of LCBS’s websites, online content, communications, virtual events and services, in-person events and services, software applications and platforms, and any other LCBS products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Some of our Services may include software that is downloaded to your computer or mobile device and may be automatically updated from time to time; these terms will apply to all such updates.
This is a Contract
By signing up to interact with our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with LCBS (“Contract” or “Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, government agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to enter into this Contract on behalf of such entity. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not create an account, or otherwise visit, use, or purchase our Services.
LCBS reserves the right to modify these Terms and to initiate new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Services at any time. If we make changes to the Terms that will significantly impact your user experience, we will provide notice through our Services or other means to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of the Services will constitute your acceptance of the changed or new terms.
To use the Services, you agree that you: (1) have the authority to enter into these Terms if you are doing so on behalf of a company, government agency, or other organization; and (2) will use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
As an account holder, you agree to: (1) create and deploy a strong and secure account password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; and (3) follow these Terms, all applicable laws, and terms of use.
